Off-shore helpdesks can be cheap but they can lack the personal touch. At CloudsourcedIT we train and maintain our support team in the heart of London (Canary Wharf area). We support users not just across the UK but throughout the world by telephone and email - whichever you prefer. Our support telephone lines operate between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, but our engineers monitor support emails for critical issues 24 hours a day. So you know you are in safe and familiar hands.
Remote Access Support
Because you may need different types of assistance, our support team have at their disposal a number of different tools to support you. If you request direct support, then we can connect to your Cloud Desktop and you can show us the issue. If you prefer Online50 engineers to “just fix it” without you needing to be involed, we can do that too. Our team have many years of experience working in the Cloud environment, so we can provide you with the level of support you may need in a way that suits you best.
